Post Ludum Dare fixes for Goodzilla!

Our Ludum Dare submission turned out great, but we had a few art assets that were made during the game jam that didn't make it to the final build. Our sleep deprived brains also missed some obvious performance optimizations. So we made this little update for the game as it deserved to be polished up a bit.
Gameplay and level design have remained unchanged.
Changelog:
- Player two sprite is no longer corrupted
- Map tiles that didn't convert correctly now convert correctly
- Pollen and enemy bullets are animated
- Main menu art implemented
- Story text animated
- Performance, especially in two player mode, has improved notably
